Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the DementiaMap.com website.
DementiaMap.com is wholly owned by JADCOM Media LLC.
Your access to and use of DementiaMap.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use DementiaMap.com.
By accessing or using DementiaMap.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, then you may not access DementiaMap.com.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to DementiaMap.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach the Terms of Service.
All provisions of the Terms of Service, which by their nature survive termination, shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Subscriptions
Some parts of DementiaMap.com are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, unless you notify DementiaMap.com of your desire to cancel. Subscriptions are generally structured on an annual basis, unless otherwise specified. If you have a credit card on file with our payment processor, you authorize us to charge your card each subscription period for the renewal.
All accounts renew automatically unless Dementia Map is notified 30 days in advance for annual plans and 15 days in advance for monthly plans.
DementiaMap.com reserves the right to change pricing and plan details as shown on the Plans and Pricing page at any time. When changes take place, existing subscriptions will continue in effect without change until their next billing cycle. DementiaMap.com will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new plans or pricing taking effect.
Content
As a business member, DementiaMap.com allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material/content. You are responsible for the accuracy and clear copyright ownership of any information submitted.
As a consumer accessing DementiaMap.com, you are allowed to view, review, rate, comment, and share the public resources and events published on the site. This may include text, graphics, video, or other published information.
All listings submitted to DementiaMap.com may be reviewed before being published. Any inappropriate content will not be approved for publishing and will be deleted. DementiaMap.com reserves the right to make all and final decisions in this area.
Prohibited Activities
Deliberately crashing, interfering with, or influencing any of the coding of the DementiaMap.com information system is strictly prohibited. Users may not realize that they caused a system crash, but if it is shown that the crash occurred as a result of user action, a repetition of the action by that user may be viewed as a deliberate act.
Attempting to break into any part of DementiaMap.com or to bypass a security feature. This includes running password-cracking programs or sniffer programs and attempting to circumvent file or other resource permissions.
Introducing, or attempting to introduce, computer viruses, Trojan horses, peer-to-peer (“P2P”), or other malicious code into DementiaMap.com.
System Use. Engaging in any activity for any purpose that is illegal or contrary to the policies, procedures, or business interests of DementiaMap.com is strictly prohibited.
Links To Other Web Sites
DementiaMap.com may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by DementiaMap.com.
JADCOM Media LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree to hold harmless DementiaMap.com and JADCOM Media LLC, and neither shall be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
DementiaMap.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, DementiaMap.com will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by a posting on our website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
